I'm Here!

After riding 6 different airplanes, I've finally landed in Aceh in one piece!

Today, I went on a 12-hour road trip (covered 100km) down the western coast of Aceh. We went to check on the villages we currently work with in our Community-Based Rehabilitation Program, and also to find some more villages we can work with. I went along for the ride to check out the famed scenery as well as the effect of the tsunami on the region. The coastline is pretty much dotted up & down with tents and wobbly shacks.
